Olivia's Page

Hi - my name is Olivia I am a four pound Yorkshire Terrier. I belong to Wayne and Judy Shackel and they belong to me. We are the pack. My Mom shows me in Agility, Obedience and Lure Coursing. I have won many titles in Agility and Obedience, but I enjoy agility and lure coursing the most because I get to run like mad! Obedience is nice I like the applause when I do well, but obedience is all about precision, not speed and speed is more fun.

I also am a registered Therapy dog, I go to hospitals, schools and nursing homes. I visit people and enjoy making them feel better. I feel that my job is to cheer people up and I always do my best.

In December 2012 I invited to the AKC National Obedience Invitational in Orlando Florida in December 2012 where I was Top Toy and was in the top ten of the 126 all breed dogs from 23 U.S. states and Canada. My Mom, Dad and friends were very proud of me. I also like to travel with my family or pack as I like to think of it. I love Harleys and diesel Ford trucks because I ride in both. I also like to chase rabbits,squirrels and anything else that comes in my yard.

The picture below was taken when I was named Top Toy in December 2012. Mom held me, because I'm small and might not have shown up to well on the table with the other dogs.
